All images (photographs, floor plans etc) produced by Block Property Marketing, are the property of Block Property Marketing. The fee charged includes licensing for these images for the specified campaign by the client or booking agency. The client who commissioned the work has the right to use the material for the duration of the sales campaign, both in print and online. Unauthorized use of the material for promotional purposes by other companies is prohibited without prior consent from Block Property Marketing (e.g., home stylists, builders, other contractors).

If the property remains unsold at the end of the campaign, the new agency must contact Block Property Marketing to re-license the material for a new campaign.

Block Property Marketing retains the copyright of all images they produce, and may use them for their marketing purposes as they deem appropriate.
